MA Ford CNMG Inserts in the Grade FP1035 (carbide coated CVD grade) are suitable for machining steels. Super fine MT-TiCN, Al2O3, and TiN coating on high toughness graded carbide substrate, smooth surface, and superior fracture resistance.

  • Application: Suitable for roughing of steels and alloy steels under interrupted conditions.
