Description

MA Ford CCMT Inserts in the Grade FM1015 (carbide coated CVD grade) are suitable for machining Stainless Steels. New thinner Al2O3 and Nano MT-TiCN coating, including bright yellow TiN coating, on good toughness gradient carbide substrate, with good wear resistance, superior adhesion resistance, and longer tool life.

  • Application: Suitable for machining of stainless steels in high-speed continuous finishing conditions.
